Here's how to control your PC's fans for superior cooling when it's working hard, and silence when it isn't. - Forum - Motherboard; PC unable to boot, but fan is running - Forum - CPU/Desktop; Computer powers up but nothing on screen - Forum - Monitor. Everything works fine but when booting up the PC all the fans spin at maximum speed, then back down to the settings set from Qfan. My optical drive has power and open and closes, and i believe my HDD is. Booting PC - fans spin for a 1-2 sec then restart and loop.
